Shikhar Dixit pursued his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering at Axis College, Kanpur, affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. During his undergraduate studies, he focused on applied software development, artificial intelligence, face recognition algorithms, and scalable web architectures.

In November 2025, following intense placement preparation and market analysis, Shikhar conceived and coded the initial prototype for Kalesh (initially named Poll-Social). The platform introduced an innovative blend of anonymous social polling, localized sentiment trends, and community interactions, quickly scaling across college networks with the iconic slogan 'Chalo Kalesh Karey'.

Incorporation of DIMISI Technologies Private Limited

On 9 April 2026, Shikhar Dixit formally incorporated DIMISI Technologies Private Limited under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (CIN: U62013UP2026PTC246506). He coined the company name 'DIMISI' from the syllables of the founding directors' surnames: DI (Dixit) + MI (Mishra) + SI (Singh). As Chief Executive Officer, he leads company strategy, product direction, corporate partnerships, and technical innovation.
